I started off my dream to take training & the idea of competing seriously in May 2008. I had my body fat measured & to my horror I was 37%. The weight to me wasn't as bad as it used to be, I weighed in at 161lbs I used to be 231lbs. Having an eating disorder my weight would yo-yo constantly.

I took pictures every month religiously for 2.5 years from may 2008, so that when I became disillusioned I could look back at the pictures to see the progress I had made so far. This definitely is the key that kept me going.

When I stepped on stage 2.5yrs later I had gone from 161lbs to 130lbs & from a whopping 37% body fat to an amazing 5%. The pictures say it all.
